Beginning: Monday 6th Feb at 7:30pm to 9:30pm

Thursday 15th March at 10:00am to 12:00pm

This course covers subjects such as Choking, Bleeding and CPR.

Numbers are limited to 12 people per class.

Dance Your Way to a Healthier New You!

The Strabane & Lifford Women’s Centre have applied to Strabane District Council under the Healthy Towns Initiative for funding to deliver a ” Dance Your Way to a Healthier New You Project”.

If successful the overall project will consist of the following;

One hour Health Awareness and two hours dance tuition and will last for 6 weeks therefore to secure a place, participants must attend the health awareness sessions as well.

We will provide two dance options Salsa and Zumba, these will be held in an external accessible venue and the Health Awareness sessions will be held in the Strabane & Lifford Resource and Development Centre, 11 Railway Road, Strabane.
